Our Level 1 Food Safety Awareness course is intended to introduce you to food hygiene and safety measures. It can help you to reduce or eliminate the risks of food contamination or food poisoning in your workplace.
With this course, you’ll learn basic food hygiene practices and how to handle or prepare food in order to comply with food handlers’ legal obligations.

Upon successful completion, you will qualify for the UK and internationally-recognised certificate and you can choose to make your achievement formal by obtaining your PDF Certificate at a cost of £9 and Hardcopy Certificate for £15.
